Avril is one of the top artists when it comes to YouTube views. Look at WYWH, a complete fail but still managed 153,000,000 views.

To be honest, I like the new chart rule. It is true, times have changed. You can't tell me that "Body Party" wasn't bigger than HTNGU last week. The video was watched and people were interested. It became stupid when I realized they count 30 second videos as they should only count official videos by the artist but whatever.

Well it's #10 on Streaming Songs so most of the views must've been from the US.
