I agree and disagree. My playthrough of Infinite was much more enjoyable, but tbh Columbia has nothing on Rapture and its impact it leaves on a person. I like my games linear though and that might be a reason why I enjoyed Infinite more, the story was way better in Infinite IMO. The "catch" in Bioshock's story didn't affect or amaze me like Infinite either.
Both are dimes tho.
I found Columbia to be a much more beautiful setting than Rapture, it just wasn't executed as well as Rapture. It felt kind of rushed and shallow, everything was very face value while Rapture had depth in its environments and you could literally spend hours in an area just looting and exploring around. Exploration should always be part of the Bioshock games as well, its what sets them apart from other shooters out, and infinite didn't pull it off very well. I do agree that the story in infinite was amazing though.
I am seriously anticipating the Young Justice game! I hope I see it at E3! Which reminds me, where am I going to watch E3? I can't do it solely online...
I'm so excited for Animal Crossing for 3DS it's unreal. It's going to take over my whole summer, I can tell now. But it's about time my 3DS stopped collecting dust and got some use. Thank god for the streetpass features too, so I have more reason to take it places. Pokemon Y had better be full of streetpass stuff too, similar to the Pokewalker from HG/SS.
Has anyone here played Baldur's Gate? I love Bioware games but I've never played their older stuff and considering Baldur's Gate Enhanced is only 20$ I was considering checking it out.
Yall need to stop overrating Bioshock Infinite, it was good but did yall even play the original? It's 1000x better.
Infinite is (nearly) flawless. The original Bioshock (so far) is amazing, but I still think that Infinite did a lot of things better. I won't make my final decision until I'm completely done with the game, though.
