Pink Friday was NOT done when She released Your Love and Massive Attack.

PFRR was NOT done when she released RIM and Stupid Hoe, and peformed Roman Holiday.

TRU was NOT done when Freedom and The Boys came out.

So she can have 3/4th of the album done and still release a single.

My last post CLEARLY indicated that I don't think the album is coming this year:

I think Nicki COULD pull of a Q4 release, but I also feel that if she set the time limit of the making of the album to Q4, things would be rushed. She'd have to have a first single by at least September.

If she goes MIA like she said she was, I think it's possible, but as of right now I don't think it's gonna happen.

I want a November release SO bad though.

Whatever. I wasn't just talking about the album. You co-sign EVERYTHING. And it never makes sense that you agree with one thing, and then agree with something else that is totally the opposite of the 1st thing you agreed 2

1. Massive Attack did horribly and as a result the entire album concept was scrapped. Your Love wasn't released, it was leaked and took off on radio and they mastered it and just put it on iTunes. Technically, the ACTUAL official lead single from PF is Right Thru Me.

2. RIM wasn't the lead single from PFRR. It was a buzz single. SH was a buzz single as well. The lead single to PFRR is Starships.

3. The Boys & Freedom

You see the common dominator here? If you release a lead single before the album is finished there's a GREAT chance that the BEST material isn't the one being released as the lead, as confirmed above.

That's why you wait until the album is over to pick the best possible singles.
