Lets say the album is coming November 2013. That means the lead single has to be here by August. She isn't recording until June. That's 2 MONTHS until the lead single.
Yes she can record in August-October. But her interviews suggest she wants to have the album done before even starting the Era.
Lets not forget that she said she was "rushed" doing PFRR because of all the things going on. She has the fragrances, beats, the MOVIE, the clothing line which will be here in the FALL, and probably more.
