May would work. I wouldn't mind a February album because more sales are included with the year and that means a December single but it seems unlikely. The good thing about a late spring release is that the album charts longer and it meets eligibility requirements for sales related awards.
February will be the perfect time to release her new single.

Mariah is an aging diva. I didn't want another season but the people at Idol like her and I honestly think if we don't get an album at the end of the year this will be excellent promotion for her new album.

I think it's a good thing she won't be the female weezy. He's clever but really talks about basic things in a clever way. Minaj needs to focus on diversifying her portfolio and being remember for bringing fun, excitement and quality to various genres pop/rhythmic/hip hop etc.
