But, I workout Monday - Friday. every single day. And sometimes on Sunday.
My friend who is a personal trainer is starting 30 days of fitness for some of his clients. Ive decided to join in and do all 30 days. Its weights in the mornings. And cardio in the evenings. On some evenings its insanity and others its hiphop abs.
I tried to start running a few weeks ago, but I hurt my ankles and I had to stop. I'm going to a doctor in the morning to make sure I'm not gonna break my entire lower body. Other than that, I do Janet ha routines when I'm alone.
