Yeah but Cameron Diaz's character works for Century 21 and has a best friend realtor and an enemy realtor that sells houses after sleeping with customers in each house on sale.
That's what makes Cameron Diaz's character go to Mexico - she needs to earn $$$ to pay the rent, after her enemy makes all the sales.
Nicki is perfect for the enemy role.
And it's definitely a minor role - probably just a handful of scenes at the beginning and end of the movie.
