A $0.99 wouldn't affect the song's longevity that harshly IMO, & I think it would bolster up sales by a nice healthy 20-30K+. If it was heavily promoted it could send her soaring to the Top 2.
The song should be able to peak at #2 soon. Anyway, it will be one of the highest selling songs, easily at least 3x platinum.
. Did selena do more promo or did it just slowly climb after the mtv awards?
