Kate Moss' "Coco Madmoiselle" campaign ran in the heat of her cocaine scandal, and Chanel didn't pull the ads.
The talk wasn't even about Rihanna being the face of a seasonal Chanel fashion campaign. It was about Rihanna being the face of No.5 or of an accessories line after seeing this pic with the Chanel logo and #5 charms.
Anyway, when was the last time Chanel even used a singer as a pitch girl? Their campaigns feature actresses and models almost exclusively.
@ the comments reading what they wanted into the Chanel statement or trying to play it off like Chanel was shading her somehow for simply confirming that Rihanna hadn't shot a campaign for them recently
