Everyone hates him and so do I but honestly I really appreciate his character on the show. It adds so much having a teenager king. Evil, greedy but due to his age not having the wisdom nor the experience to support it with.
also, the poor actor. I don't think many have played a character that has been universally hated as his

I do agree that the actor is doing a good job. I'm so anticipating the rest, I feel like nothing is currently happening. I hope they get started during Ep 3.

Even if it was good acting, playing a bad character role lacks challenge and heavily depends on the script rather than the actor's range.
That's not true at all. There have been several noms & wins for evil characters.
And hon', that is NOT the reason Nina Dobrev isn't winning an Emmy.
@BnPac There really isn't a lot happening, but it's still epic and it doesn't drag. They're doing a good job so far and keep in mind that the first two episodes introduced all storylines first.
The whole cast is talented even the kids. They always get snubbed at the Emmys
and it PISSES me off that they got snubbed like this. I can't believe how good the child actors are on this show

I hope they don't get snubbed this year. GoT is one of the best shows on TV right now and they deserve the recognition

Yeah you're right. They were essential to narrate the story but I can't help but think that we only have 8 episodes left.
Random : I so wish Catelyn would eventually find the strength to love Jon Snow, but I know it ain't happening.
It keeps getting better. What I'm not liking is everyone on the episode. I'd rather have less characters but more screentime. The storylines this way seem short and without resolution.
