I guess it's similar, but not the same.

Spring Break is just a week long break from school/university sometime in the spring. It can be anywhere from the first week of March to the first or second week of April. And it varies per county (for schools) and per college/university, so it makes it terribly difficult to plan Spring Break activities with students from other schools.

I haven't lived in the UK in years, but I'd assume (LOL) that Easter Holiday is always at Easter. So you lot wouldn't have the scheduling issues we have.

Yes, it's always 2 weeks at Easter time. I get so confused with some of the American terminology.
