Good points Mazen. Although, I do believe that she's had GREAT success in digital downloads, EXCEPT with "Do Somethin,'" which was in the downloads era in January of '05. Also, "Someday" (I Will Understand) had bad release timing. I do think "Gimme More" is a sure #01 hit with the anticipation and the digital release.

For all purposes, "Toxic" was #01 with all those digital sales it grossed for her. ;p
