Obviously, M5 is more relevant than Kelly. Kelly may (big question mark) get a hit with PLU (not very confident) but if one were to fizzle out before the other, I'd say it would be Kelly. Look at the trajectory of her albums sonically. What changed? Nothing.
I'm probably just on a hate train cuz she has failed to surprise me or do anything worthwhile in recent history. The Inauguration was lucky that Bey was caught lip synching. But even then, Kelly was still overshadowed.

I don't know what people like a lot about M5, their songs have an extremely high burnout rate on me. Kelly's been a low profile for awhile now (I haven't seen anything new about her since Grammys this year), hence she's not very relevant. I'm pretty skeptical of PLU having the same smashing longevity of WDKY.
