They're not going to cancel a lead single after they've been hyping it for weeks and having JUST released a banner for it's official release featuring a premiere date on a huge radio show.
If he produced it with Avril specifically for the record and gets credit, technically the label owns it and can do whatever they want with it. Just because he and Avril have some sort of sudden beef does't mean anything at this point.
Didn't she fall out with Butch prior to the GL era and she still released and performed Stop Standing There and included footage with him on the making video.
