For the most part, Janet was sexually aggressive in a tasteful, sensual way. Rihanna is straight up ratchet - much like Beyonce's buzz track. Why wasn't Beyonce releasing such buzz tracks and acting in such a way before Rihanna's resurgence to the top if others have done it before?
