I'm not fond of black sitcoms. I watch Moesha because it's nostalgic, but I don't watch Martin, Fresh Prince, Wayne Brothers, Parkers, anything like that, etc...
Black sitcoms can sometimes be too gimmicky or borderline stereotypical. Like, most of the things in black sitcoms, I never did or lived. In The Wayans Bros, they lived in the ghetto and were on food stamps, etc, something I never lived. It's funny, though.

Some of them are just mad corny, and I hate corny ****.

What the hell? On The Wayans Bros, they lived in Brooklyn, owned a newspaper stand/café in Manhattan and made good money off their business.
My dad had a special belt for my brother and me. If we got into trouble or some ****, we had to get the belt then come back and wait for the reckoning. I'm glad I'm not a kid anymore because I would just fight my dad, to be honest. He's a dick, now.
I forgot what I did, but I really didn't get beat as a kid. Mostly yelled or lectured at.
Same here. I was pretty much an angel.
But one time I did get the switch because me & my little sister snuck away from home to go jump on my aunt's trampoline without asking. Needless to say, we never did it again....
