People are too hard on Pitbull. He delivers great mainstream dance music and is very consistent with his singles in terms of sales and charting.
And even then, if they did collaborate, it was Britney's song to begin with. He probably just wrote a verse for whatever song they asked him to be on. Having him on a song isn't going to automatically make it sound like his singles.
The king? all his songs sound the same, and its not impressive to get a hit with Pitbull . . . . with Will.I.am was cool because everyone thought the song was going to flop and will was a flop solo artist so it was great to see what they did ...... but a hit with pitbull is something predictable and trashy.
