It has come to the attention of the Lady Gaga fanbase that the original poster of the
Base thread attributed to her, Darren-5-08, has become very inactive lately due to school and has not posted in almost 3 months or updated the thread's OP in about half a year, causing it to lack information about her now-finished world tour and her upcoming studio album. Having garnered at least decent support from the members of the fanbase
here, I would like to take over the first two posts of the base for the time being. Should my fanbase convene and decide that another member is more suited to handle the thread, or should Darren-5-08 ever become more active again and ask for the thread, I will gladly turn it over. Until either of those happens, however, I would like to assume the control of the OP and the second post, as many are concerned about its state as evident from the numerous discussions about it in recent times.
To those wondering, and Darren himself if he should read this, I'd like to say that credit will be given to Darren as the original OP no matter who controls it and he can have the thread back anytime - it's not that important to me and I'd not feel bad in the least about giving it back to him. He's a great, kind member and a valuable addition to our community.
