Global sales of Nelly Furtado's third album, Loose, have passed 6.1 million and counting. No other female recording artist has achieved this level of sales during the past year, according to Universal Music Group.

Additionally, Loose has racked up 7.4 million digital singles sales worldwide and 4.4 million in ringtones. Loose has been certified gold in 31 countries and platinum in 23 countries worldwide.

This week Loose will celebrate it's 60th continuous week on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart, where it debuted at #1 after being released June 20, 2006. The album also recently returned to #1 for the second time on Billboard's European Top 100 Album chart where it is currently at #2.

I really hope not... Timbaland needs to perform "The way you are" for his album sales and kick those other stupid summer songs out of the top... (take "beautiful girls" from Sean Kingston... what a crap song!!) and promote Keri Wilson.... ... And Nelly needs to perform "Do it" to promote it as the third possible hit for "Loose" in the U.S (and fifth hit in Europe) and made it to 2xPlatinum album in the U.S. So... let's think of "Do it"!

Wow! She looks really good!! And now here comes the speculation about the video she's shooting... Oh well, I think she is with a calm and kinda sad facial expression in these photos... so, it's kinda possible that she is shooting video for a song in the same vibe as "In God's hands"... .. .so, my bet is for the video with the italian group Zero Assoluto... because I don't see her shooting another video for "Loose" picking a melody... ..It could be "Te busque", though... (besides, she has this latin-southern europe style in these photos... ...it is a positive point for "Te busque" or the video for the italian guys...)...
Oh well.. .... I was hoping she could do a video for "Wait for you"... ..

I really hope so, too!! The album is the best on pop in the last years... very upfront... .. and it has gained already many awards ... but I don't know if the Grammy's stuff will take that in count... ... specially with the industry's pressure to make other names greater...
