I know...this song deserves the #1. I think it will get there though. HS is dying down fast, and it's catching up in sales + airplay.

I actually think it's at a better rate now.

When I was ur man is blowing up but I think it may peak faster than stay so while the updates may be significantly larger I think once it starts slowing down stay will hurdle over it. The real factor is digital sales and whether or not it can stabilize. So far, so good

How? STAY is still growing on Radio. It's sales are gaining week on week and streaming is doing just fine...

STAY still has life. It is only beginning. I think Glee/Idol promo could benefit as well.

If "Stay" gets stuck at #2 Def Jam will obviously discount or release a solo version without Mikky Ekko or some kind of remix (with a new video perhaps). They're not going to let that #1 get away if it's that close.

True, but STAY is performing like crazy. It is doing much better than any other Rihanna song.

I think Bruno will get it 1st then Stay. Unless Stay goes #1 on iTunes and bridges a gap like Thrift Shop...But I mean right now Stay is too behind on airplay..
