I think it'll be released before ARTPOP, but after the lead of ARTPOP is released. I think both will be using The Greatest as a promo (if Cher still has the plan of releasing The Greatest as the second single)

The Society6 shirts use American Apparel though, so the quality will probably be better. And it's much cheaper and well designed. I'd highly recommend.
