"Same Mistakes" is a great song. I was listening to it the other day and I was pleasantly surprised because I didn't remember it to be good. The almost visible level between Up All Night and Take Me Home is nearly ridiculous. I thought UAN was a great album. It still is, it's a solid pop record. But then TMH came along and almost everything about it is better. It's so much more consistent in quality and doesn't have as many 'low points'. |
I love it, it's my favourite! I agree though, but I still love Up All Night. Plus most of the songs are so nostalgic, I still love most of them. Same Mistakes, Stole My Heart and Everything About You is my Up All Night trinity, such bops.
I'm glad Take Me Home was better though, I hope their 3rd album is an even bigger step up.
