It's harder than I thought and taking more time than i initially thought.
Listened to YouTube versions, now re-listening in higher quality and started rating songs. So far Breathe and Four The Record are done, next are Blown Away and then Taking The Long Way. If all goes well should finish rates this weekend.
I rated all albums in past weekend, but i feel that some scores for albums need to be corrected.
So far my averages are:
Dixie Chicks - Taking The Long Way Avg: 7,594
Miranda Lambert - Four The Record Avg: 7,267
Carrie Underwood - Blown Away Avg: 6,821
Tawlor Swift - Red Avg: 6,816
Shania Twain - Up! (Red version) Avg: 6,763
Faith Hill - Breathe Avg: 6,654
Note that the deadline has been extended by one week to February 28, 2013.
I've just PM'ed anyone who's expressed interest in participating, but has not yet submitted their rates.
I still can't decide final scores for 3 albums, hope will finalize them and send scores this weekend.
I'm done with Dixie Chicks, Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift, but scores for some songs of other artists still are unclear for me.
The hardest are Faith Hill album, i liked singles from her album years ago, but album as whole for me seems so boring now. Album from Miranda Lambert have solid songs mostly, but don't really have any standouts for me. And Up! is just too long, I'm loosing attention for second half.
Anyway Dixie Chicks album for me seems significantly above others in this rate.
There are currently 5 two-way ties in the top 25, and three of those ties consist of artists tied with themselves.
Currently, 3 songs have an average above 9, while 28 songs have at least an 8.
