It's been a week since the disappointment/delight of seeing Beyonce shut down the Super Bowl but reveal nothing new to the Hive.
Tonight is the Grammy's, and although I am almost certain Beyonce will walk away with 1 Grammy for LoT, I really only want an announcement of something other than "Blue is my baby."
I am missing 'The Walking Dead' for this. It better be worth it.

B'Day is so low-key brilliant. I love the theme of the album - a strong, independent, Black woman standing up for herself and making demands for things she deserves; a demand for attention + companionship (Deja Vu, Kitty Kat, Upgrade U), a demand for sex (Kitty Kat, Green Light, Suga Mama), a demand for fidelity (Resentment, Ring the Alarm), an assertion of independence (Freakum Dress, Irreplaceable). And the album flows so well too. The vocal/musical progression from DIL. The mixing of Gospel, Jazz and Funk into contemp R&B. The standard edition witih 10 tracks is an easy A-.

The Deluxe is only B+. WWW, WTH and BL weigh it d0wne.
