It is Billboard's Social Chart, based on twitter mentions, youtube views and other things that show the artists' popularity

I agree she should release a compilation with her unreleased stuff.
back then during 2004-2005 she had several songs released on many different random releases for example:
Girls and boys - (included on a bonus CD of the In the zone DVD)
I've just begun havin my fun - (included on GH: my prerogative)
Mona lisa, Chatoic, Someday and Over to you now - (included on the EP bonus disc of the Chaotic DVD)
And then we kiss - (included on the remix album)
Instead of all that sh*t and messy separete inclusions here and there .... I would've prefered Britney released an official solid EP album with this tracklist in 2005.
1. Mona lisa
2. I've just begun having my fun
3. Chaotic
4. Girls and boys
5. Over to you now
6. and then we kiss
7. Someday (I will understand)
yeah it would have been cool but now with even more material she could easily release a box set with a ton of unreleased songs and make bank

She had most of those on the Singles Collection.
But I would like all bonus tracks from BOMT to Femme Fatale on an compilation.
He also performed at Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve, Isle of MTV, Radio 1's Hackney Weekend, Stade de France... He does A LOT of promo appearances and interviews though.
I didn't know that "Scream & Shout" was the sixth single from "#willpower" and that the album was originally supposed to be released in October 2011.
