Azealia's "1991" easily became one of my favorite releases of 2012 because of it's catchy and innovative sound and 'cause of Azealia's flawless persona. I really like her as an artist. I don't stan for her but It's pretty obvious that she can write good music. "212" and "Liquorice" are clearly the best songs on the album.

Bruno's second studio album "Unorthodox Jukebox" is what I call a solid album. There are a couple of fillers, but as his debut album, the second effort of the American pop artist is really good with many amazing tracks and really good music choises. The lead single "Locked Out Of Heaven", "Natalie" and "When I Was Your Man" are the best songs on the album for sure.

Rihanna's 7th effort and first Billboard 200 #1 "Unapologetic" is good pop/EDM album. Rihanna worked with some really interesting artists like David Guetta, Sia and Mikky Ekko and returned in 2012 with another good album. The album is also full of great collaborations (Eminem, Chris Brown, Future). I'm a fan of many songs in the album and especially "Diamonds", "Stay", "Right Now" and "Jump". Riri go girl!

Released back in 2011, but I really loved it in 2012. Ed Sheeran's amazing debut album titled "+" won me in the long run. The Indie Folk/acoustic rock album from the British ginger with the incredible voice is a grower and it's plenty with amazing songs like "The A Team", "Drunk", "Lego House" and "Give Me Love". With songs full of meaning and great lyrics, Ed Sheeran made an album that it's great to listen and sing!

Frank Ocean was the critics' favorite for 2012. With his debut "channel ORANGE" really dominated the charts and was well received by many many many people. The album is flawless, full of powerful songs and with amazing content. Frank really taught the music industry how to make a good and solid album. "Thinking 'Bout You", "Pyramids" and the rest of the songs are outstanding and generally Frank's album is a little masterpiece!

P!nk's first #1 album is definately one of her best! I loved it all way! "The Truth About Love" is a great pop album, with some really amazing song and my beloved P!nk in her best era! It's a lyrical masterpiece and I love the fact that she's embracing her darker side in such a great way! Kudos! "Try" is the best song on the album tbh!

One of my favorite albums of the year that contains one of my favorite songs EVER. "Some Nights" is an ear candy, full of amazing songs, and when I say amazing... I mean AMAZING! The indie pop/alter rock album is a great album to relax you. What I also like here is the emotions that it awakens to me. Great, Great, GREAT! My favorite song is "We Are Young" and I also adore "Some Nights" and "Carry On".

The most anticipating album of the year tbh. After last year's Grammy Domination, M&S built a huge hype around their next step and as we all know, they didn't disappoint us. "Babel" is a great album with great folk rock/indie folk sounds. The album is exceptional, I love it, it sounds anthemic! That's All! My favorite tracks are "I Will Wait" and "Whispers in the Dark"

Oh Taylor, "Red" wasn't actually what I expected... it was even better! For me, it's her best album by miles. I mean... I always liked her, but "Red" is so different, so much better. She's more mature now, that's easy to spot. Her lyrics are better, unique and amazing. Her music has changed a lot. With more bubblegum pop and less country, Taylor entered in different genres and owned them. An amazing album with some of the best songs of the year. "I Knew You Were Trouble", "Begin Again", "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together", "State of Grace" are here!

What can I say for this amazing album. I decided to put it at #1 because of the fact that I liked almost every song on the album. Lana Del Rey is a great artist and even if I didn't like her in the beginning, now I love her. BTD is a perfect example of an amazing album, full of anthemic song, full of great lyrics and full of passion. Every single song is a different story, a different emotion and if you sum all of the stories you get something really great. Favorites in here are "Blue Jeans", the title track, "National Anthem" and "Ride". I believe that the album is a grower... give it some time and it will def grow on you!
