The ideal thing to do is have Nicole perform Boomerang at the Brit Awards Sunday Feb 20th, and release it on iTunes on the same night.
It would have 1 month to gain a great amount of airplay and video play, and with a performance at the Brits and a few more promo appearances and performances, a #1 debut is guaranteed.
