This, she should actually premiere the song & video together and have the song on iTunes the next day.

I agree on everything but premiering the video the same time or a week after is the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

It's like you WANT the song to peak early

You premiere the video a month after the comes out, and a few weeks after it's sent to radio for non-lead singles.

Yeah, my ideas were made with none of this in mind since I don't really follow the numbers.

I just care that it's a hit or miss and if the GP is here for it or not.
