It's probably more so a venue thing. Some strictly enforce it, others do not.

I'm on BM now, and I never understood why she wears that flop helmet. It made sense back when people thought she was on rollerskates, but now.... Other than that, BM is probably one of my favorite Gaga performances ever. SymbolicGa>>>>>

The fashion really is one of the weakest points of the tour, it's a shame not much was changed for the American leg. Oh well, it's a relatively small compaint. Will still dance and scream my ass off.

Call the venue of the show your attending. They will be able to answer your questions in regards to lines and stuff.

It seems that its depends on the venue whether the 8am rule is enforced.
