Of course the single is coming out. Everything is planned. The single cover is out, the video is shoot, promo pics have surfaced, we got a snippet on X factor, and her manager said promo is lined up in about 3 weeks.
This could be premiering any day now. I expect it to be premiered on radios and maybe youtube sometime next week.

She performed Pretty, and did the same with Happily Never After (HNIN), premiered the song on Gossip Girl, performed it on AOL Music Session, then song became a PCD track on DD...

Just because she has promo lined up in three weeks doesn't mean we will get a premier soon, look at Try With Me. There really is no excuse for not premiering this already, if she has promo planned in three weeks and I guess the release date will be around then too then it is just stupid to hold it back. Its not like she even has to do anything to premier a song.

I agree, but I feel like they'll just release it to "just release it" - please the fans, but they won't care about the single at all. No promotion. They'll just watch it slip off the charts.
