The truth, but you can't really judge the fan base by the twitter base. As a whole the internet presence is quite large, but there are certain areas of her fan base that don't use twitter and they probably make up a strong section of the ones that are voting/buying her material.
I mentioned the ways that people in the fan base interact with each other. Hell, if you looked on GagaDaily, it would be pretty much the same story.
Obviously there would be some isolated ones that have no contact with stan culture whatsoever.

I don't know, that's really stan culture as a whole. The Navy does it, The beyhive does it as well, The Kats do it. It's just internet stan lingo/behavior. I don't think that really affects the artist much as a whole, but it can taint the view of the artist themselves.
