As a straight member here, I've learnt to tread lightly on topics like these, and stay out because the a lot of you have a hairtrigger personality and are ready to click report on every opinion that happens to go against the general stream of the thread. Now, the issue at hand:

The great Chris Rock maybe said it best. "It's not the word, it's the context its being used" (warning tags cuz theres ****** in the title)

For what I see, this Perez dude was picking for a fight, and she used what she could to hurt him as quickly and as deeply as possible. So yeah she called him a ******. She wasnt talking to yall, she was talking to him.
But hey, that's just how I see it.

Not at all. "****" has long been re-appropriated by the lesbian community and is used by them without negative connotation. "******" has NOT and still holds an extremely charged and violent meaning toward gay men.
