Some comments for High School are saying that it reminds them of her mixtape days, and she sounds good on the chorus. The comments for I'm Legit says that she went hard on the verses and urban radio will eat it up. The only thing that messes the song up is Ciara. Basically what most of us are saying.

That works. There's nothing annoyingly specific, there's no lame mentions of Idol or makeup or whatever endorsements. It's just plain bragging and it WORKS. The only two bits of specific bragging I see are 1) the Obama line (which works because it's OBAMA—we all want a shoutout from Obama) and 2) the Hot Topic line (which is the wackest line in the song). Beez In The Trap is everything I was talking about and that's one of the reasons why it's the most successful urban song from the album. It's a plain "I'm the ****" song, versus a "Look at all the accomplishments I've achieved which may or may not be relevant to you" song.
