Again, if she meant to cause a storm, she would have let the storm brew. She clarified within two minutes. It wasn't flamebait.

Anyway, if Lindsay Lohan tweeted "going out driving 2nite had some vodka!!!!!" and a news story broke soon after that she had rear ended another car, would it really be flamebait if someone posted "Not surprised this happened" in the thread? Considering Frank's previous arrest and the statement he released after it, Allie's comment isn't shocking. It's the same situation as the Lindsay example, but with messy imagined racist connotations attached to it.

She got the point because she has a history of specifically targeting and bashing Frank.

If someone I know who consistently targets Onika, were to make a comment like that if a fake story or something was posted, I'd make sure they get the point as well.

Can I clear something up?

I got warned for flamebait in a Rate thread. You're allowed to mildly flamebait and nickname in a Rate as long as I've known. Ace and many other mods have always made this very clear.

I've not been made aware of any changes to the rules in this area- everyone who participates in a Rate thread knows I'm a frequent player. Is there a way this can be looked at please? I would never have posted that remark had I been aware of any changes that have been made to rules in that area.
