The Behemoth rate tackled US-based pop quite decently. Which was LAMB / Confessions / Emancipation / some Kelly album I think. So doing a UK one should be reasonable.
This Timbaland-Prod. Singles Rate just isn't going to work. There was a point when I was bumping it daily but even still it wasn't getting a lot of reaction. The original dead-line I gave was a month long, I bumped the rate several times and still I only got 5 submissions. Well, more like 4 and 1/2 (yours was unfinished). Plus, I have personally lost interest in it. I would appreciate it if you could pass the rate along to someone else or just throw it out.
Would a rate/countdown concerning dancers (in the music industry) be in your jurisdiction?

Maybe relaunch the rate with a more manageable song list? I would love to participate, but I just haven't had the time to tackle all of it.

There are so many albums that deserve to be in it. If we can only do five, I'd say the self titled Fleet Foxes album instead of New Amerykah, but eliminating Erykah drags down the diversity of the rate's music so much, and I'd rather it not be too samey. Is six albums too many?
PS I so wish Oracular Spectacular had been acclaimed enough to justify including it. Boo.
