Current song changes:
Black Jesus - Half song or Gone
Judas - Full song
Fashion of His Love - Gone
Bad Kids - Extra verse
Hair - Studio version
Princess Die - Gone
Electric Chapel - Half song or Gone

Added songs:
The Queen
Dance In the Dark

Costume changes:
Born This Way
Black Jesus
Judas (I don't like when she performs it in the BR outfit)
Just Dance (She needs to be able to dance... not just stand around)
LoveGame/Telephone
Heavy Metal Lover/Bad Kids/Hair/You and I/Electric Chapel (I liked the original outfit before the European leg started)
Alejandro (Keep gun bra, change pants)
Paparazzi/Scheisse (Don't like the pants at all)

If the new single comes out during the BTWB, then she will perform that after Marry the Night.

Not the 'Black Jesus' performance/outfit cut
Not the flawless HML Versace cut
Not the flawless Telephone outfit cut
Not Bad Kids being longer than what it already is. Cut it completely.
The 'Born This Way' outfit actually works live. And she can now dance in it. So
If she struggles so much to sing a shortened Judas, imagine with the full song. I'd want her to stay on the main stage and slay the choreo
And she has already removed Princess Die and cut Electric Chapel to half

Seriously , given the fact that the ticket prices for S.America were quite bulky someone would expect that even with 30k people the gross for AT LEAST SOME dates would be 4-5millions... So either there were HEFTY discounts or the attendance was dramatically poor...

She never said she was changing songs or the setlist, just the outfits.

That bus is awesome and it looks like a carnival. The fact that she's spending her money on this is just another reason I love her so much.

btw I think she'll never change Hair into the studio version. That's her "intimate"-talking song and she just won't cut that piano out unless she does that only during Princess Die

I've just realized the Monster Ball had 119 dates in North America alone.
The whole Born This Way Ball has 119 dates.

And Monsters are still worried if she will outsell the Monster Ball like they didn't realize that for grossing those 230 million dollars it took a lot of dates from 2009 to 2011
