The Lord will obviously have some tracks on the Catching Fire soundtrack. If it hadn't been for Sacred & Superior and Eyes Open the HG soundtrack would've flopped.

Yes the song will smash and sell more then WANEGBT and help keep the album selling strong through February. It will have done its job. I do think it will hit #1 even without streaming but if it doesn't I won't be too mad.

And does streaming count for sites like youtube/vevo and does it have to be the official video?
