umm...there's got to be at least a little bit of truth behind Chantal's statements because the Matrix said the same things about Avril's writing. coincidence? i think not. Most of the writing on TBDT is crappy but i still think it's a good cd, i don't think anyone can really defend avril's songwriting skills, but you've got to hand it to her, she really knows how to make catchy music.

i cant beleive people are actually questioning avrils song writing abilities...she doesnt have to prove ****. She has proven time and again that shes a great song writer. She wrote Nobodys Home alone(lyrics) ..Ben Moody helped with the music to that song. and thats one of her best songs lyrically.
The only reason the Matrix were talking **** is because they are mad avril didnt work with them on her second album. The only coincedence is that chantel did the same thing. I mean jelousy is at an all time high in avril world. bitterness can be ugly.

So we just got a phone call from Avril Lavigne. We told her we wouldn’t talk about it. Ooops!

Apparently she called the assistant of a mutual friend of ours and got Perez’s number that way.

“I just wanted to reach out to you directly, instead of you hearing from my manager or publicist,” she told us. Nice. We respect that.

“I get what you do, but you’ve just been especially mean to me and it hurts,” Lavigne added. “And I hear about it all the time. Journalists always ask me about you in interviews. You don’t even know me!”

How do you respond to something like that?

“You just make it so easy sometimes,” Perez told her. And she does make it easy. Too easy.

Avril was practically begging, “I wish you would stop writing bad things about me.”

Our heart kinda sunk. We felt really bad for her. Then we remembered. She’s a douche!

Stop being such a hack, Avril, and maybe then we will be nice.
