To like SH you have to appreciate Onika and what she was trying to do there. Otherwise it seems off-putting and wack.

nnn I honestly feel like the majority of the album is like that. It could have been more successful if properly handled but on the whole it's not an album for the GP like Pink Friday was. Off the top of my head I can name 5 songs you have to really like and get Onika to enjoy.

I don't get why Nicki always have to have promo singles. Those aren't needed anymore. And I'm tired of her naming then that after they flop like The Boys. IF she had promoted the freaking songs like a normal artist, maybe she'll have those hits before the album comes out.

The biggest mistake music-wise this Era was releasing Pound the Alarm right after Starships. Like you had all that backlash and you still released another single like that. I partially blame Island Records for this Era.

ddd Thank you. I think that's why I've enjoyed this era, because I realized after the Grammy's and Starships (in the same week ) that her focus was fun this go round.

We all talk about how certain songs like IAYL or HL should have been released but when you really think about it what on the album aside from VVV, Starships, PTA, BITT, and RBMS had any radio potential? There's not much.
