Black Christmas (the original one) is still my favourite horror film that takes place during the holidays.

Yeah, which is not as controversial as the original. I'm glad that I'm not the only one that thinks the original was bad, I enjoyed the remake and thought it was better though it had some bad acting at some points.

I love the original Black Christmas, it's kinda of creepy but hated the remake.

Well just finished it now, great movie!!! I was up to the part when Elissa found out Ryan was holding 'Carrie-Ann' in the basement and he attacks her!!!! Why are the critics bashing this movie??? It's not that often a good horror movie like this comes along...

I don't know.. a lot of good horrors get slated by the critics though... I thought it was a bit stupid when Elissa used the lamp to burn through the material... It's clearly one of those moments when the writers went "right, what can we do that will make the audiences feel sympathetic yet cringe when she's trying to free herself" But I loved the film and I can't wait for it to come out on DVD

If I was in her situation, I wouldn't be able to handle the light bulb's heat . I expected her to give a deeper reaction, not just clenching your teeth...

Never watch Chernobyl Diaries... it's terrible The Innkeeprs and Mothers Day are both two of my favourite horrors... I don't know why but theres just something amazing about The Innkeepers, even though it isn't scary at all. ATM is a really good film but the ending... and do you have an english link for Cold Prey..??
