Honestly, I can't see it opening with more than 400K. I mean, unless the lead is HUGE HUGE HUGE, and the promo is HUGE HUGE HUGE. I'd be fine with anything above 250K, honestly, seeing how album sales have plummeted recently.
I have no idea what is GP's perception of her right now. Judging by the FAME sales though - if she has a huge lead single with BR-like impact, she could debut 1M+ again.
