I'm torn because on one hand, I want November/December because she will have all her sales added to one years' worth of sales for billboard but on another hand, she is at a point in her career where she is not going to be the top seller anymore.
I don't think she will do promo 4th quarter if her album is released 3rd quarter which is why they should do this:
start developing the sound/theme December-January
start working/writing February-May
Wedding May
honeymoon memorial day week
Season 2 for Britney on x factor rehearsals
Final touches during the summer
X factor September
Debut single mid September/early October
Video
Performance of 1st and 2nd single ala circus era album release week on xfactor
Radio promo/Ad promo/Talk show promo
Tour February-May if doing 3rd season of xfactor if not then April-December World tour
