I already said in a previous post that I didn't agree with what he said, but history is plagued with unjustified killings and America's hands are certainly not clean. Yes, soldiers are forced to follow orders. What they are not forced to do is:

1) make prisoners strip to complete nudity;
2) put paper bags on their heads;
3) proceed to make photos of them naked;
4) then make them lie down one over the other on the floor so they can make more nice photos and be in the picture too;
5) SMILE INTO THE CAMERA DURING ALL OF THE AFOREMENTIONED AS IF THEY'RE HAVING THE GREATEST TIME OF THEIR LIFE DOING IT.

I can't judge, I'd have to know more of the context and Korean pop culture and of the history between the US and South Korea. But I suppose what you said here is justified. The "kill their family" part was a little much, but PSY is a rapper, and rappers like to go overboard when they want to get a message across. It's what they do.
