My 53 year old partner does this work out everyday to the Monster Ball. It has worked as a great stress reliever and helped to prevent her from going on insulin as she is able to control her diabetes through exercising to this everyday. This is only a segment of it; however, she does the entire concert everyday and has learned every dance in this concert that the back up dancers do!
