But let me type up a wall of text for a moment, how many records do y'all think Miley's sold overall?

The album sales I have in the OP add up to 20.8 million worldwide, which is 100% plausible considering MTV said she was nearing 20 million albums sold in 2010, before Can't Be Tamed + Hannah Montana Forever came out. In fact I'd say she's probably at 21 million by now counting those two + residual sales from her old albums.
Then Rolling Stone had her single sales from 2009-2011 at 14.763 million, not counting Hannah Montana or features. So plus See You Again (2.4 million US) + 7 Things (1.6 million US) + Ready Set Don't Go (1 million US) + Just Stand Up! (It counts

) (2 million US) + Nobody's Perfect (906,000 US) + Party In The USA and The Climb have sold like ~200k and ~100k in the US respectively since that article was published, + their certified sales outside the US add up to 1.1 million.
So after
all that it adds up to ~45 million records sold with her WW album sales, only two WW single sales + her US only single sales.

And unless Start All Over, Fly On The Wall, He Could Be The One, Life's What You Make it, Best of Both Worlds + her billion other Hannah Montana singles sold absolutely nothing... And factoring in her features on We Are The World and Everybody Hurts.

And since people like to count music DVD sales as records, Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour has sold 839k.

Miley is probably past 50 million records by now.
