Scream and Shout is doing FINE. Stop with the overreaction.
This is the problem with Britney fans, we expect too much and set ourselves up for disappointment. I told you guys from the start it wouldn't shoot up like a Britney lead single. Why? Because it's NOT A BRITNEY LEAD SINGLE!
There isn't anywhere near as hype and half of the army doesn't even like it, not to mention once again there's no banner either. Blow Me (One Last Kiss) was struggling to crack the Top 40 on its first week of release and then shot up to the Top 10 the week after. The fact that Scream and Shout is nearly Top 20 on iTunes without one is GREAT.
But that would hurt the one above you so much. He hopes Scream and Shout would flop
