I honestly don't believe there's a definitive, objective scale to gouge whether or not someone is 100% anything sexuality wise. Sexuality is fluid. And considering that the person participating in the act is a female with the male, and the male is attracted to the female, then they can identify as predominantly straight. The male G-spot is located in the anus, the strap-on is only there to be used as a method to access that spot.
