Can you imagine what the prison scene would be like?

PRISONER 1: "Yeah, I murdered two girls and made their parents watch."
PRISONER 2: "I pulled off the greatest robbery in American history!"
PRISONER 3: "...I showed my completed ballot to the world through Twitter."
(PRISONERS 1 and 2 slowly move away from PRISONER 3)

I understand making this a crime, because it could inspire fraud, but a class 1 felony? That's equating taking the picture of your completed ballot to rape. Seems just a LITTLE far-fetched to me.
