This basically.
I have literally zero gay friends for this reason. Well... I have one... but we basically just drink together. All of my friends are straight men, so I guess I've been shoved into some sort of hypocritical reverse-generalization mind-**** twilight zone ********.
I have an idea.
Let's all ****ing get along and be nice to each other. Sounds good, k?

**** that. As a female, it doesn't bother me one bit. It is what it is and at the end of the day they're people too. It's perfectly ok for a female to act like a guy. I'm into sports, video games, majority of my friends are males, etc and it isn't looked at as taboo. Why should society frown upon a male who has some feminine tendencies? It also may have something to do with the idea of them not having a father figure in their lives. That's not their faults. . It's extrememly hypocritical. I don't think it makes gays look bad. That's a double edged sword. If fems are attention seeking and trying to flaunt their homosexuality does that mean masculine gay men are trying to hide in the crowd?

A girl can wear jeans, cut her hair short. Wear shirts and boots. But for a boy to look like a girl is degrading, because you think being a girl is degrading. But secretly, you'd love to know, wouldn't you? What it Feels Like For a Girl.

That's what's wrong with society. People are so concentrated on fitting a particular role and worried about what others have to say when they don't, that they are afraid to just be themselves. **** what role society says you are supposed to play and what other people have to say. Let people form stereotypes. **** them. Be comfortable in your skin.

Ignorance and self-loathing.

!!! When straights judge gays, the gay community gets upset. But then they go home and judge their fellow gays, sometimes in the same ways the straight community does, but they don't see a problem with it? You can't really complain about being judged when you're judging others like you.

feminine guys don't annoy me, annoying guys annoy me... A lot of feminine guys I know happen to be catty and annoying, but being feminine in itself isn't a bad thing if you're nice. I really don't care about stuff like that. I am just not physically attracted to feminine guys.

What's the difference between a "bitchy and intolerant diva" and a butch dude brawling?
Both are ****ing messes.
It has nothing to do with how "manly" a guy is; it has to do with how much of a dumbass a guy is.

You know what's funny though. A lot of y'all don't accept that either. Case in point, when Rihanna was rocking the pixie cut many of the gay males on this site frowned upon her and said she looked too masculine.

How are we supposed to be fully accepted into society as gays when we can't even accept people that are just like us?

Yes they bother me a lot. But so do the girls who are just like them. I hate overly flamboyant and in your face people in general, and many of them are often immature, catty, rude and judgemental.

But if you're gay but not fem then its not self loathing. Now you're being ignorant by stereotyping
