I say because we all competed in the first season we know what it takes so I think we should all be allowed to judge if we were apart of the first season

Exactly or just make us permanent judges, well the bunch of us that are still active here.

exactly, and that's why you'll be mentors.. as judges you wouldn't be able to help the contestants and pass on your experience and advice
